I want to buy a home and I talk to someone about getting a loan and she told me that I might have to pay up to ,000 in closing cost fee’s out of pocket. I know you can roll it into your mortgage if they say its ok. But does the bank charge a closing cost?

the game wouldn’t let me put in the money cheat when i was first buying a house so i bought a bad one did the cheat to get the money and i don’t know how to get a new one!!! oh and when going to town are you with real people with their sims or is it computer characters
