At 15.00 and hour, what would be the maxium amount allowed to buy a house?
15.00$ an hour so thats 600 a week… Would realtors sell someone a home on that income??? credit is good besides 2 old outstanding cell phone bills, other than that good credit. what would the max home price be allowed to buy? or is it just dumb to try?? say betweem 140,000- 200,000??

You’d have to talk to a few banks to find out for sure. That kind of income though will probably not get you that much of a house. If you don’t show a good steady work history and income in at least the past 2 years it’ll be a huge strike against you too. You should clear up the old cell phone bills asap because any credit problems raise huge flags to mortgage lenders. It isn’t stupid to try. In fact it’s stupid to not try…you’ll never know for sure until you do try.
