Buying a house, stove was stolen, can I put one in?

I’m buying a house with an FHA loan. The stove was stolen so they won’t let it go to escrow. Can I personally buy a stove and put it in their to get the process moving? It’s a short sale and no one wants to do anything about it!
"They" is the bank. And the owners said they didn’t take it, but who really knows! They moved out of state.

Almost certainly. You will probably have to get the real estate agent to help you get it delivered /installed for you, but they would be crazy not to let you do that. The agent wants to sell it also, so they are motivated to help you get it done.
