For a foreign company that wants to buy s house in the USA, what are the legal regualtions and the cost to own and maintain a house in USA?

Yes, but they will likely not be able to secure financing for the property.

Also, one of the answerers said US Citizens can’t buy property in Mexico. That’s incorrect.
