Can a realtor buy a house for herself?
Or would she need to buy it through another realtor in her office? If not, how would the commissions work if she bought it for herself?

she must state in the purchase contact that she is licensed. That is all.
She may use her own office or another one. IF she is buying one of her own listings, she
may face a CONFLICT OF INTEREST………her broker will "cure that."
