Can I buy a house while a divorce is pending?
I’m going through a divorce and would really like to purchase a home. I can get a loan by myself (without any marital assets or his help).
I do appreciate the play is safe suggestions because that is the best answer however I found a super opportunity and its a forclosure and I don’t want to pass up on it. So basically, I want to know what is legal vs. what is best. So can I do it? Thanks everyone…

I think it would be better to play it safe and wait until the divorce is final.
