can i buy a house with this credit??????? plz answer need help?
ok i have a credit score of 630, my husband have a 565. we r married and have two kids his the only income right now he makes around 53k at year. the thing is affecting his credit is school loans which his stared paying already. ok now my question is can we buy a house (first time buyers) with my credit scored and using only his income?
