can i buy a house?i am 18 and start uni in sept 2010..?
hi, i was just wondering that would i be able to buy a house. I am 18 female, i start uni in sept 2010, i have a part time job in which i am contracted 5hours per week. I don’t have much savings. I live in England and i was born here too.
I was thinking about buying a house and putting it up for rent.
So what i want to know is that can i buy a house at this moment in time?

Let’s hope not. You are in no position to own a home with all the responsibilities and expenses involved. Focus on school and some day you can buy a house as an investment when you have a good income and ample savings to pay for a large portion of the house up front. Get realistic. Stay out of debt.
