Do you have to pay the closing cost when you are buying a house from the bank?
I want to buy a home and I talk to someone about getting a loan and she told me that I might have to pay up to ,000 in closing cost fee’s out of pocket. I know you can roll it into your mortgage if they say its ok. But does the bank charge a closing cost?
