Would you buy a house someone was murdered in in the past? Or a condo that was remodeled after being an mental asylum?

Our current house is lovely but we want more room for our three kids. Trouble is the new house would need a lot of work doing to suit us. How can we be sure we’d get planning permission for an extension or loft conversion before we bought it? To buy a house like it already done up would be way over our budget. Should we go for it or stay where we are?

It seems that I have to take out loans and mortgages to live a good life. Unless I was a millionaire or a doctor or a lawyer I could buy them all in cash. I don’t even have the credit for a credit card. Am I doomed to live with my parents working at Walmart and being a slave to mass transit and be eternally single?

I am 21 and have a very good paying job, I have a credit card and a phone bill to pay every month. I am looking to buy a house, but i have no credit, as i just got my credit card, and just switched my phone in to my name.
about how long will it take for my credit to build enough for me to purchase a house?
